Principal
A background in business has helped Principal
Nick Comino to appreciate the importance of providing exceptional
customer service and relevant, effective property solutions.
After completing an Associate Diploma in Commercial
Studies at the Queensland Institute of Technology, Nick managed
his own business for ten years before moving into real estate. His
interest in commercial real estate was cemented in 1990 when he
joined LJ Hooker. His next major career move saw his investment
in Raine & Horne Commercial in 1998.
Nick provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise
to clients across Brisbane and is highly regarded by clients and
peers alike.

Greg Tate is results driven, both in his career
and personal life. Recognised for his achievements in lawn bowls
(an Australian title and two Queensland titles), Greg knows that

joining Raine & Horne Commercial in 2005, Wayne has now completed
property transactions exceeding $56 million.

After completing a cadetship in commercial real
estate in 1988, Paul Flego moved into retail, distribution and manufacturing,
before returning to real estate recently.
Paul knows that success in business and commercial
real estate involves three key elements – attention to detail,
extensive market knowledge and consistent client follow up and feedback.
Paul continually achieves outstanding results

Brian Manne gets his biggest buzz knowing that

– and that their experience has been an easy and enjoyable
one.
With an extensive knowledge of the local market
place, Brian is keen to help clients make informed property decisions
and to achieve their specific goals, whether a buyer, vendor, or
tenant.
Brian’s success is evidenced by the high

Voyt Reich
Transport & Logistics Sales & Leasing Executive
Voyt recently moved to Australia with his family following a long & successful career in commercial real estate in Canada where he specialised in the Transport and logistics sector.
In addition to selling and leasing transportation real estate in Canada, Voyt managed a 16,000m² trucking depot for the second largest Canadian rail company for five years and created his own personal investment portfolio of trucking depots.
Further to settling in Brisbane, Voyt spent considerable time researching the Australian Transport & Logistics market and joined Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane Southside with the vision of applying his industry specific knowledge and expertise to the Australian market by creating a specialist division within the network.
Voyt’s enthusiasm, excellent people skills and thorough knowledge of transport & logistics enables him to “talk shop” and break down the ice with with transport people from all walks of life.
He delivers first class relationship orientated service to his clients and it is this, together with his ability to comprehend the requirements of the Transport & Logistic sector that will enable him to achieve great results for his clients, Australia Wide.
Voyt has already made waves in the industry by putting together his first deal, a sale of a parcel of land intended for a Design & Construct of a 13,000m² logistics warehouse near Woolworths in Larapinta.

Tim Devine has a strong ethic for client care that has been built through years of successful hospitality and restaurant management, both locally and internationally.
After joining Raine and Horne in early 2005, Tim worked with clients in property management before taking responsibility for strata title properties.

Tony has a sales background spanning nearly two decades and first entererd the Real Estate industry in 1994 with Leaders Residential in New Zealand. During his 6 years with Leaders he forged a sucessful and lucrative career through a commitment to providing a service to his customers and clients that exceeded their expectations.
With the full support of Raine & Horne Commercial Tony entered the Commercial / Industrial Real Estate Industry in 2007.
Prior to joining Raine & Horne Commercial Tony followed his dream and ran a sailing and tourism operation in the Whitsunday Islands.
