A New Zealand storage and distribution company now operating in Australia has secured new premises for its Brisbane base.
Contract Logistics has moved into 141 Boundary Road, Oxley which is positioned on the corner of Blunder Road. They have leased the 2300m² facility on a 3 year term with a 3 year option. Raine & Horne Commercial Senior Executive Paul Flego negotiated the deal.

The rental achieved for Building D which Contract Logistics now occupy is $218,500 p.a plus outgoings & GST.
“The company previously occupied premises in Balham Road, Rocklea under a leasing arrangement with the Grace Removals Group which decided to take the site back, and asked Contract Logistics to relocate their operation” said Paul Flego.
“141 Boundary Road ticked all the company’s boxes and an inspection was quickly arranged for a Saturday where the Landlord also flew up from Sydney to complete the transaction” Paul added.
The building offers 10 metres of internal warehouse height and is fully equipped with a fire sprinkler system.
“It’s a bigger, newer site and in terms of storage, handling and distribution of goods, it’s a better facility than the one the company had been operating from at Rocklea” Paul said.
