Transport Company moves to a new depot in Wacol

The long time home of Concord Park transport at 73 Formation Street, Wacol has a new tenant! 

The specialised transport facility has leased to KS Easter Group after they outgrew their premises at 28 Shettleston Street, Rocklea.  The move has been welcomed by the company as parking prime movers and B-double trailers on the street is now a thing of the past.

73 Formation Street, Wacol sits on 1.1 hectares of land with a 1,850m² building.  The site provides KS Easter Group with ample room for all their truck movements. 

Voyt Reich, a Transport and Logistics Specialist within the Raine & Horne Commercial team leased the property to KS Easter Group for 5+5 years with the commencing rental $350,000 p.a net. 

“Ken Easter of KS Easter Group inspected the site as soon as it became known that the previous tenant was moving. Without much hesitation, the landlord, Niel Nielsen, accepted Ken’s offer to lease the space at $350,000 per year plus outgoings and GST” said leasing Agent Voyt Reich. 

“On the 1st of July Ken’s company moved to their new premises after three months of refurbishing by the Landlord” added Voyt. 

After the ink had dried on the lease, Voyt Reich had numerous inquiries from other transport companies willing to lease the premises. But Voyt mentioned, “you can only lease it once”.
