Neighbour quick to secure Colebard St West property

A freestanding brick, block and metal clad office / warehouse adjoining the Archerfield Airport has changed hands in a $2,100,000 transaction negotiated by Raine & Horne Commercial’s Paul Gilles and Principal Joseph Grasso.

The property situated at 27 Colebard Street West, Acacia Ridge was the long time home of Halifax Vogel Group who are now occupying larger purpose built premises  in Carole Park. 

The 1,487m² freestander was purchased by neighbour Brandon Electrical to facilitate their business growth.  The property was to be offered for sale by Auction however Brandon Electrical jumped at the opportunity to purchase the property prior to the day.
