Daryl is a qualified Property Valuer and Asset Manager with over 20 years experience within the Brisbane and Gold Coast markets. Having worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills, Daryl is also a qualified Justice of the Peace and brings education and integrity to the management process.

Major properties managed include Fifty Cavill Avenue, Sorrento Shopping Centre, GCIT Centre, The Brickworks Centre, Westpoint Shopping Centre and Archerfield Airport Corporation Industrial Precinct. Lease deals negotiated include Woolworths, Freedom Furniture, Crazy Clarks, Curtain Wonderland, Flight Centre, H&R Block and Pizza Haven.

Rauhena has over 11 years experience in Government and Corporate administrative roles. The past three years have been in Centre Management and the Corporate offices of the Retail First Group (Yu Feng). Rauhena's ability to negotiate has been further honed on committies for P&F and Scouts Associations.
