Carole Park property sells one day after Auction
58 Antimony Street, Carole Park, a 4000sqm site with 2 buildings totalling 1556sqm has been purchased by an owner occupier one day after being the highest bidder at the Auction.
After running a successful auction campaign which attracted nine enquiries and substantial interest on the day the property was passed in at a bid which was below the seller’s expectations.
The day after the auction the property was secured by TNN Engineering Pty Ltd for $1,700,000.
TNN Engineering Pty Ltd who purchased the property from Pole Foundations Pty Ltd specialise in general engineering and CNC machining.
John Rose from Raine & Horne Commercial negotiated the sale. ”TNN Engineering experienced good growth in the last quarter of 2009 and felt it necessary to secure larger premises to ensure their predicted future growth was catered for” said John.
“The result was consistent with the current improving market conditions and proves that a well handled auction campaign is a superior method of creating interest to generate a successful result” added John Rose.
Interest in the western corridor industrial precinct continued to grow in 2009 and we expect 2010 to be no different. Owner Occupiers are very keen to locate suitable premises for their businesses in the Darra, Richlands, Wacol and Carole Park areas.
If you are currently in the market to buy, sell or lease industrial property in the western corridor area please feel free to contact John Rose on 07 3216 6666 or 0407 047 169.
