Scientific Educational Supplies make the move from Mansfield to Meadowbrook

In April this year Richard & Joycelyn deVries who acquired SES in 1986 made the move from Mansfield to their state of the art designed purpose built facility in Meadowbrook.

SES specialise in the medical field including Infection Control with Innovative VanishPoint Retractable Syringe which is widely used throughout Australia to assist in the prevention of serious disease transmission caused by needlestick injuries acquired in the workplace.

SES approached Raine & Horne Commercial Principal Nick Comino to assist them in locating suitable premises.  Due to a lack of suitable existing stock Nick Comino introduced SES to developer Nic DeLuca who constructed the 1,208m² facility on 2,005m² of land at Lot 3, 9 University Drive.  The building also includes a mock operating theatre for training purposes.  The development was completed for SES at a purchase price of $2,555,246.

“Richard & Joycelyn were in the market for quite some time to find suitable premises.  The end result is great for their business as they are now in premises that suit their use perfectly” said Nick.

“The property is located in very close proximity to the Logan Mwy and Pacific Hwy which offers easy access to and from the property.  Being in the health industry it is also proving very beneficial for them being neighbours to the Qld Govt Health Dept and Health Aids” added Nick.
