Tech Designs, a successful kitchen manufactuer based in Sumner Park has paid $1,450,000 for 92 Jijaws Street.

The company have owned and occupied 29 Jijaws Street for some time and were quick to act when 92 Jijaws Street became available.

Raine & Horne Commercial Selling Agent Wayne Newberry said “Tech Designs needed bigger space and wanted a good solid well presented building”.

“They are moving their whole kitchen manufacturing plant over to 92 Jijaws Street and putting another company of theirs in 29 Jijaws St” added Wayne.
